خَمْسِين تقدم منتجات رقمية فقط، ولا توجد منتجات مادية أو شحن.

1. ماذا تستلم بعد الدفع؟
بعد الدفع الناجح، سيستلم العميل تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب أو صفحة التأكيد. قد يشمل التأكيد رقم الطلب، الباقة المختارة، والمزايا الرقمية المرتبطة بها.

2. متى يتم تسليم الوصول؟
يتم تسليم مزايا الطلب المسبق والوصول المبكر حسب الجدول المعلن في الموقع. إذا كانت الباقة تشمل الوصول قبل الإطلاق، سيتم إرسال تفاصيل الوصول عند فتح المرحلة الخاصة بها.

3. لا يوجد شحن
لا توجد رسوم شحن، ولا يتم إرسال منتجات مادية. جميع المزايا رقمية داخل الموقع أو التطبيق أو اللعبة.

4. تحديثات الإطلاق
إذا تغيّر موعد الإطلاق أو الوصول المبكر، سيتم إبلاغ العملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني، واتساب، أو تحديث واضح في الموقع.

5. مشكلة في الاستلام
إذا لم يصلك تأكيد الطلب، تواصل معنا عبر support@khamsin.sa أو payments@khamsin.sa مع إيصال الدفع أو رقم العملية.

KHAMSIN provides digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

1. What You Receive After Payment
After successful payment, customers receive order confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or confirmation page. The confirmation may include the order number, selected tier, and related digital benefits.

2. Delivery of Access
Preorder benefits and early access will be delivered according to the timeline shown on the website. If a tier includes access before public launch, access details will be sent when that phase opens.

3. No Shipping
There are no shipping fees and no physical delivery. All benefits are digital and delivered through the website, app, or game.

4. Launch Updates
If launch or early access timing changes, customers will be notified by email, WhatsApp, or a clear website update.

5. Delivery Issue
If you do not receive order confirmation, contact support@khamsin.sa or payments@khamsin.sa with your receipt or payment reference.
